• Shadow Ernest Ray, 23, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for aggravated battery, attempted strangulation and taking the phone away while calling 911. Ray has since been released.

• Phillip John Siri, 62, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

TUESDAY, JAN. 12

• Nicholas Tate Vance, 33, of Spirit Lake, Idaho, was arrested for domestic battery with traumatic injury (felony), aggravated assault, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use, possession go a schedule II controlled substance, and possession of a schedule I controlled substance.
