• Kimberly M. Thornton, 46, of Rathdrum, Idaho, was arrested for eluding an officer and driving recklessly.

TUESDAY, JAN. 19

• Major Jon Martin Kaylor, 51, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 20

• Cheyenne Danielle Axtell, 26, of Missoula, Mont., was arrested for drug trafficking in heroin and criminal possession of a financial transaction card.

• Darik Gavin Fuechsel, 54, was arrested for a 24 hour metal hold and violating his probation.

• Olicia Dawn Kennedy, 26, of Bonner, Mont., was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Diana Lynn Raiha, 51, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for violating her probation.

• Cory James Tipton, 30, of Rainer, Ore., is on hold from the department of corrections.
