THURSDAY, JULY 1

• Jason Patrick Day, 44, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance. possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use, and possession of less than three ounces of marijuana.

FRIDAY, JULY 2

• Katherine Marie Di Bari, 38, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested for failing to appear. Di Bari has since been released.

• Garrett Lee Erickson, 25, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for failing to appear.

• Farrel Alex Fuechsel, 59, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation.

• Dalton Bradley Magers-Rowan, 22, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho turned himself in for unlawful taking of game. Magers-Rowan has since been released.

SATURDAY, JULY 3

• Crystal Joy Baldwin, 39, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

• Casey Monroe Elam, 24, of Cataldo, Idaho was arrested for violating his probation.

• Joseph Earl Reid, 49, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested for driving under the influence.

SUNDAY, JULY 4

• Kevin Leslie Kolar, 49, of Osburn, Idaho was arrested for illegal fireworks.

• Dan Conley Malloy, 61, was arrested for five counts of failing to appear.
