NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PETITION TO VACATE "WILSON" STREET BETWEEN "C" AND "D" STREETS, CITY OF WALLACE, SHOSHONE COUNTY, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Wallace, will hold a public hearing on a Petition to Vacate "WILSON" STREET, FILED BY GREG AND SANDRA NICKEL, at Wallace City Hall on the 14th day of JULY, 2021, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., to receive public comment on the Petition, and if approved, the related Ordinance approving vacation. A summary of the PETITION is as follows: A PETITION from the adjacent property owners, Greg and Sandra Nickel, to vacate a portion of right-of-way/property referred to of record as "Wilson" street, City of Wallace, Shoshone County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows: That portion of D Street lying between Blocks 17 and 18, Ediam's Mountain View Edition to Wallace and that portion of Wilson Street lying between Blocks 15, 16, 17 and 18 Ediam's Mountain View Addition to Wallace, Shoshone County, State of Idaho." The Petition, if approved, would result in the property being vacated by the City and per Idaho Code, would be divided equally among the adjoining property owners identified as: Greg and Sandra Nickel and Dean Cooper, reserving unto the City and any public utility with existing easement rights, a perpetual easement for purposes of said public utilities.
