• Bruce Jon Decelle, 61, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• Christopher Glenn Shadduck, 33, was arrested for violating his probation (felony).

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 10

• Richard Thomas Beck Jr., 38, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. Beck Jr. has since been released.

• Jessica Mikelle Hill, 42, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, violating his probation, possession of a schedule V & IV controlled substance, and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.
