The Board has declared that the District has no use of the Property and the District may, pursuant to Idaho Code Section 31-1420, sell and dispose of the Property. ORDINANCE NO. 2021-09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SMELTERVILLE SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL, REPEALING ANY PRIOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCE(S), AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SMELTERVILLE, IDAHO: Section 1: Purpose This Ordinance is passed for the purpose of setting the time and place of regular meetings of the Smelterville City Council. Section 2: Time and Place for Regular Meetings. The regular meetings of the Smelterville City Council shall occur on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m., at the Smelterville City Hall. Section 3: Repeal of Conflicting Ordinances. All ordinances of the City of Smelterville that conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 4: Setting Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval, and one publication in one issue of the locally circulated public newspaper. For purposes of this Ordinance, the locally circulated public newspaper in existence at the time of passing of this Ordinance is the Shoshone News Press, a newspaper published within the County of Shoshone, and having general circulation within the City of Smelterville.
