The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a Variance, including setbacks, by the property owner, Heath Wiltse, located at 810 Maple Street, Wallace, ID. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 2021-10 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of SMELTERVILLE, will hold a public hearing on a Proposed Resolution, at City Hall on the 14th day of April, 2021, at 4:00 o'clock p.m., to receive public comment on a proposed ordinance no. 2021-10. A summary of the principal provisions of Proposed Ordinance are as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SMELTERVILLE, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ADOPTING THE 2018 EDITION OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE, 2020 IDAHO RESIDENTIAL CODE, 2020 IDAHO ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE, AND 2018 INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING CODE, ADOPTED BY THE IDAHO BUILDING CODE BOARD, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS OR REVISIONS TO THE CODES MADE BY THE IDAHO BUILDING CODE BOARD THROUGH THE NEGOTIATED RULEMAKING PROCESS; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS OR ADDITIONS TO THE ADOPTED CODES; PROVIDING FOR EXEMPTIONS; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 2021.
