FRIDAY, MAY 21

• Quincy Burl Fugate, 42, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• Stacy Lynnette Marang, 45, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for destruction of evidence and frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

SATURDAY, MAY 22

• Dennis James Cotsford, 60, of Osburn, Idaho, was frequenting a place where controlled substances are used.

• Robert Eli Wayne Dry, 44, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use, and possession of less than three ounces of marijuana.

• Jeffrey Kagarise, 59, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of heroin, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.
