• Dispatched to the 400 block of W. Idaho Avenue for suspicious activity. Spoke with reporting party and checked the area but was unable to observe any such activity (as seen on North Idaho News but with much less drama).

• VIN inspection at the Kellogg Police Department.

• Made contact and returned a found wallet to owner at the Kellogg Police Department.

• Citizen contact at Shoshone Medical Center for questions regarding directions to Heritage Health and a taxi service. Cleared, public assist.

• Citizen contact at 500 block McKinley Avenue for questions regarding the Lincoln mall. Cleared, public assist.

• Called to a disturbance McKinley and Hill. Cleared, report taken.

• Welfare check 200 block of W. Elder. Cleared, individual is code 4.

• Disturbance on the 10 block of Railroad. K79 responded to male barking at a dog (not sure if dog was barking back) and when a neighbor told the dog whisperer to stop, the dog whisperer then proceeded to start barking and yelling at said neighbor. K79 was able to quiet both of them down and give the dog whisperer a ride home.

• Civil standby in the 700 block of S. Division, public assist.

• ATL for dirt bikes riding up and down McKinley Avenue, UTL.

• Called to the 600 block of S. Division for a report of yelling, located the involved parties and made sure everything was calmed down. Cleared, peace restored.

• Assist K78 with a medical/juvenile under the influence call at McDonald's. Cleared, assist.

• Attempted follow up on fraud case. Negative contact.

• Landline from Kellogg Middle School. Cleared, public assist.

• Dispatched to juvenile under the influence, 800 block of W. Cameron. Cleared, report taken.

• VIN inspection 500 block W. Mullan. Cleared, VIN inspected.

• Dispatched to malicious injury to vehicle 300 block W. Cameron. Cleared, report taken, investigation ongoing.

• Assisted county with an unwanted subject in Pinehurst. Cleared, other agency assist

• Welfare check 10 block Emerson Lane. Cleared, individual was code 4.

• Traffic stop Hillside Avenue and Teddy Avenue for stop sign violation, verbal.

• Assisted medical in the 300 block of E. Portland. Other agency assist.

• ATL for reckless driver in the area of hill street and Cameron, UTL

• Suspicious vehicle darked out in the RV dump area, male was just taking a break from driving. NAT.

• Assisted K79 with a citizen contact near the Hill Street Conoco on the bridge. Agency assist.

• Traffic stop in the Domino's parking lot, verbal.

• Suspicious person on the Hill Street bridge. Cleared, everything was code 4.

• Assist K78 with report errors and evidence.

• Update report narrative templates, prepare to update Pre-Log personnel for evidence management through Idaho State Police.

• Evidence work (not completed at the moment).

• Report of motorcycle (dirt bike) in the area of W. Portland. Unable to locate.

• Landline regarding stolen motorcycle (no new information to give to victim, nor to add to report).

• Responded to the 600 block of Bunker Avenue for a possible domestic battery. Upon initiating an investigation, it was discovered the events which took place during the incident was only an argument (Nothing physical) between the two parties. Peace was restored and a report was created.

• Dispatched to found possible para 800 block W. Cameron. Cleared, NAT.

• Citizen contact at the end of government gulch for suspicious person. Cleared, just a man messing with his super cool drone.

• Reports.

• Citizen Contact Bizzaro's trailer court for juveniles harassing individuals in the park. Cleared, report taken.

• Continue/complete evidence work.

• Assist K78 with disturbance at the park (reporting party at 51707 Silver Valley Road).

• Citizen contact at the Kellogg Police Department, wanted to see if anyone turned in a wallet from Yoke's. Name and phone number gathered in the event the wallet was turned in.

• Checked on a motorhome and horse trailer on Market/W. Portland. It is parked in a private driveway and does not appear to have horses in said trailer. Update: OK, the horses were not in the trailer but behind a building on Main Street. Found owner and they left shortly after.

• Traffic stop at Division and Legion, citation for insurance (verbal for stop sign and expired registration, temp expired beginning of the month).

• Traffic stop at W. Cameron and Utah, citation for speed 35/25.

• Traffic stop at Hill and Railroad, citation for studded tires and driving without privileges (verbal warning for expired registration and permitting unauthorized person to operate vehicle for the owner).

• VIN inspection at 100 block Cathryn. Public assist.

• Public assist request at Cameron Conoco, turned over to county (subject requesting courtesy transport outside city limits).

• Traffic stop at 300 block E. Cameron. Written warning for expired registration (expired during the extension given by Idaho) 10 days to show vehicle registered.

• Traffic stop at 200 block W. Cameron, citation for fail to purchase driver's license (fail to have current and valid). Verbal warning for insurance and vehicle registration (valid but suspended for insurance violations).

• K77 responded to 200 block W. Mission Avenue for a welfare check. Reporting party was concerned their neighbor's residence was experiencing electrical issues (outside light bulb was flickering like crazy). Established contact and discovered the light bulb was a "smart" light bulb and got disconnected from their cell phone and wigged out. Who knew of such things?

• 911 open line on Main Street. Person had a new phone and was testing it out. Cleared, code 4.

• Checked pound for dogs from Osburn. Negative contact.

• Assisted K76 with a disturbance/possible attempted robbery on the off-ramp of I-90 M.P. 49. Checked the area but was unable to locate suspect. Investigation is on-going.

• Responded to the 10 block of W. Cameron Avenue for a possible prowler. Checked the area but was unable to locate.

• Checked Mountain View Park for bodies. None found.

• Called to a disturbance in the Kellogg City Park, report of an intoxicated male adult yelling at juveniles. Upon arrival, this is what was found — Steel Reserve Man. He was contacted and advised he was no longer allowed in the park. While trying to figure out where he wanted to go, he elected to continue yelling at people (just randomly) and raised a clenched fist while yelling to a random person parking their vehicle. At this time, he was taken into custody for disturbing the peace.

• Traffic stop at Division and Fourth, verbal warning for distracted driving (cellphone).

• Landline request regarding male urinating on side of building.

• Traffic stop in the Domino's parking lot for stop sign, verbal.

• Assisted county with motion/burglary alarm at Hill Top restaurant. Cleared, other agency assist.

• Open gate at the Kellogg Buss Depot. Cleared, area was secured.

• Alhambra is clear — plant away.
