• Christopher Charles Vergobbi, 27, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

FRIDAY, OCT. 29

• Tracy Lee Bremner, 43, of Athol, Idaho, was arrested for an outstanding felony arrest warrant.

• Christopher Allen Browning, 40, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana, and use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

• Faith Breann Travis, 24, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for obstructing or resisting an officer, being under the influence of a controlled substance, petit theft, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Gordon Travis Giesen, 47, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear and violating his probation.
