• Darwin Jay North, 38, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for striking fixtures adjacent to a roadway, driving under the influence, and having an open container in the vehicle. North has since been released.

• Diana Lynn Raiha, 52, of Kellogg, Idaho, is on hold for Kootenai County.

• Matthew Mark Irby, 38, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, was arrested for violating a no contact order.
