• Jessica Dawn Bauer, 32, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for violating her probation.

• Eric Jason Day, 53, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence and having an open container in the vehicle. Day has since been released.

• Jamie L Jones, 45, of Fernwood, Idaho, was arrested for arson-buring a dwelling.

• Zachary Samuel Lish, 45, of Kingston, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• Aric S Moran, 25, of Mallott, Wash., was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.
