TUESDAY, OCT. 19

• Mercedes Kay Treece, 19, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for possession of heroin, use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, destroying evidence, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 20

• Darren Shane Lukkes, 54, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for possession of less than 3 ounces of marijuana, use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.
