• Walter Sherman Rodgers, 54, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use

• Peyton William John Autry-Logue, 20, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• Zachery Todd Nosworthy, 35, of Rathdrum, Idaho, was arrested for failing to remain at a property damage accident.

• Jesse Michael Perkins, 41, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for violating his parole.

SATURDAY, OCT. 23

• Dean Conley Blade, 61, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested for attempted strangulation.

• Daniel Patrick McLean, 33, of Osburn, Idaho, is on hold from Kootenai County. McLean has since been released.

• Michelle Leigh Umbaugh, 43, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.
