MONDAY, SEPT. 6

• Mitchell Lee Miller, 41, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear and having an open container in a vehicle.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 7

• Shaun Elliott Altman, 42, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

• Bruce Jon Decelle, 62, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• Jerry Leon Shultz, 48, of Cataldo, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 8

• David Alexander Samarand, 30, of San Diego, Calif., was arrested for eluding an officer, driving without privileges, and possession of a stolen vehicle.

• Logan Michael Leeling, 20, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation.

• Amr A. Awad, 54, of Lavonia, Ga., was arrested for theft by receiving or possessing stolen property.
