• Kyle Dwight Barnes, 29, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested for failing to appear. Barnes has since been released.

• Robert William Hemphill, 26, of Butte, Mont., was arrested for possession of heroin.

• Baron Lohner, 36, of Springdale, Wash., was arrested unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of heroin, and use or possession controlled substance paraphernalia.

• John Ray Mendy, 59, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested aggravated assault.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 15

• Nicholas Elias Bauer, 41, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• Ashley Marie Lohner, 34, of Springdale, Wash., was arrested for possession of heroin.

• Briana Kaitlyn Swisher, 23, of Butte, Mont., was arrested for possession of heroin.
