All evacuation orders lifted on Deceitful Fire

Highlights: Over the weekend, the Deceitful Fire received well over an inch of rain due to a regional storm system.

Incident Command has transitioned from the Type 3 team back to the District for management. Communities that were in the Level-1 Ready Category have now been downgraded and therefore, all communities are lifted from evacuation status. Suppression repair activities continue to be the highest priority of work for resources. Once suppression repair is completed and fire activity is minimal, the area closure will be rescinded via the Forest Service.

This is the final update for the Character Complex unless conditions warrant additional information.

Forest closures:

-FS Road Closures: Portion of 424 (Moon-Dobson), 620 (Character Ridge), 933 (Scott Gulch), 957 (Head of White Creek), 2361 (Cedar Creek), and 2349 (Oregon Gulch/Toboggan Creek)

-FS Trail Closures: 17 (Graham Ridge), a segment of 18 (Graham-Coal Connection), 33 (Graham Creek), 933 (Scott Gulch), and a portion 1586 (Deer Kid)

Evacuations: All evacuations have been lifted.
