Marie Eva Pederson, 86

Marie Eva Pederson of Osburn, Idaho, passed away Sept. 22, 2021, at the Hospice House in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Marie was born Dec. 24, 1934, in Big Timber, Mont., the youngest of five children born to Pete and Rose (Nakvasil) Pederson.

She is survived by one son, Kenneth Fairchild of Osburn, Idaho; one daughter, Colleen (Fairchild) Lewis of Corvallis, Mont.; 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Elenore Hurtt of Shelton, Wash.; two nephews, Gary Stills of Washington and Pat Pederson of Hamilton, Mont.; and two nieces, Sharon Stickler and Connie Smellser, both of Washington state. She was preceded in death by her son, Rodney Fairchild; two sisters, Tony Pederson of Libby Mont., Rose “Terry” Johnson of Kingston, Idaho; and her brother, Don Pederson of Hamilton, Mont.

Mom looked forward to the time when as stated in Isaiah 33:24 “No resident will say I am sick.” And the wonderful promise as stated in Revelation 21:4 “When Jehovah will wipe away all our tears and sickness, suffering and death will be no more moms hope also was to be able to look forward to welcoming back all her loved ones in the resurrection to life in paradise here on earth also a promise our creator Jehovah God has made."
