• Haley Brinkley, 27, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for failure to appear.

FRIDAY, JULY 29

• Coryna Martin-Rowley, 29, of Smelterville, was arrested and booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance (schedule IV), possession of drug paraphernalia, and willful concealment.

SATURDAY, JULY 30

• Mandelynne Goolsby, 31, of Rathdrum, was arrested and booked on charges of battery on an officer, and obstructing or resisting arrest.

SUNDAY, JULY 31

• Michael Gorham, 62, of Lynnwood, Wash., was arrested and booked on charges of aggravated assault and obstructing or resisting arrest.

• Darrel Rosenzweig, 41, of Silverton, was arrested and booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance (schedule II), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two outstanding warrants.
