• Jasen Smith, 51, of Spokane, was booked for driving under the influence.

TUESDAY, AUG. 2

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 3

• Krista Bartlett, 30, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked on charges of battery on an officer, resisting arrest, aiding and abetting a no contact order violation and aggravated battery.

• Shawn Lattimer, 31, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked on charges of possession of heroin, violation of a no contact order, possession of a controlled substance (schedule II), battery on an officer, aggravated battery, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and aiding and abetting resisting an arrest.
