• Scott Henery Poppleton, 33, was arrested for possession of heroin, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, being a fugitive from justice, violating his probation, and obstructing or resisting an officer.

TUESDAY, AUG. 16

• Stacy Lynn Travis, 47, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for two count of violating her probation.

• Patrick Jonathan A. Trude, 29, of Silverton, Idaho, was arrested for violating his probation.

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 17

• Tabitha Lee Schaible, 42, of Osburn, Idaho, was arrested for violating her probation.
