MONDAY, NOV. 28

• Stacey Dean Spencer, 54, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• David Thomas Sursely, 56, of Rathdrum, Idaho, is on hold from the federal government.

TUESDAY, NOV. 29

• Dennis Paul Allen, 82, of Calder, Idaho, was arrested for aggravated assault.

• Riley Edward Baldwin, 22, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for two counts of violating his probation.

• Christopher Scott Garden, 36, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested unlawful possession of a firearm, use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Mark Duane Kleinbeck Jr., 36, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for an outstanding warrant, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 30

• Troy Lee Anderson, 41, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for being in contempt of court.

• Waylon Eugene Ford, 41, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for two counts of violating his parole and driving without privileges.

• Jason Monroe Sharp, 42, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested violating his parole. Sharp has since been released.
