Stanley K. Baldwin, 81

Stanley “Stan” Kent Baldwin, 81, of Kingston, Idaho, passed away Dec. 11, 2022, at Mountain Valley of Cascadia in Kellogg. He was born Feb. 21, 1941, in Kellogg. Stan was the son of Buford and Nedra (Bilyeu) Baldwin.

Stan has lived in the Silver Valley for most of his life. He served as a logger and a welder for various logging companies in the area.

Stan was a member of the National Rifle Association. He loved and enjoyed his family; he was known for his little songs and riddles and had a great sense of humor. Stan also loved the outdoors — fly fishing, hunting, camping, motorcycle riding, searching for mushrooms and huckleberry picking.

Stan is survived by his longtime companion, Susan Agullo of the family home of Kingston; six children, Roxanne and Sam Eversole of Page, Stacy Baldwin of Smelterville, Casey and Mark McInelly of Athol, Idaho, Brandy and Michael Goddard of Smelterville, Jeni and Evan Lewis of Pinecreek, and Joe and Carla Horner also of Pinecreek; 10 grandchildren, Brenda, Darcy, Jake, Sadie, Khristian, BreeA’nna, M.J., Timmy, Shyla and Danny; nine great-grandchildren, Dakota, Skylar, Max, Marshall, Haromony, Judd, Jaxon, Kaisley and Kash; and one brother, Richard Baldwin of Pinecreek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Stan was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Ray; and five sisters, Barbara, Nancy, Betty, Kathleen and Shirley.

A celebration of Stan’s life will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at the Pinehurst Lions Building in Pinehurst; this will be potluck and everyone is welcome.
