Dennis Tesky, 68

Dennis Tesky, of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, passed away peacefully with his family by his side Nov. 23, 2022. Dennis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Dennis was born Jan. 7, 1954, in Mandan, N.D. Dennis was the second youngest of 17 children born to Andrew and Martha (Reinhardt) Tesky.

Dennis moved from North Dakota to the Silver Valley in 1957 with his parents and siblings. He attended and graduated from Wallace High School in 1972. After graduation, Dennis went to trade school where he became a mechanic. On Aug. 13, 1983, Dennis married the love of his life, Terri (Lovseth) Tesky.

Dennis enjoyed nature and the outdoors with his wife and family. He spent many weekends camping with his family and friends. He enjoyed taking his sons and grandsons hunting. Dennis had a huge heart and made others always feel special and loved. You couldn’t help but smile or laugh every time he did. His cackle laugh was a favorite to so many and will be greatly missed at family gatherings.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 39 years, Terri Tesky, two sons, Dennis (Nicole) Tesky, and Kevin (Jen) Tesky, four grandchildren, Bradlee, Parker, Blake and Kade; siblings Wilma, Tina and twin brother Donnie along with numerous nieces and nephews. Dennis was proceeded in death by his parents, numerous siblings and his grandson, Brody.

A celebration of life for Dennis will be planned at a later time.
