FRIDAY, FEB. 4

• James V. Bryant, 45, of Kingston, was arrested and booked on a charge of violating a protection order.

SATURDAY, FEB. 5

• Christopher A. Garofalo, 45, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested and booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance (schedule II) with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Michael A. Sanders, 59, was arrested and booked on a charge of reckless driving.

SUNDAY, FEB. 6

• Jeremy D. Denny, 46, was arrested and booked on a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

• Hope E. Scott-Flory, 31, was arrested and booked on two charges of probation violation.
