NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance 2022-01 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Wallace Planning and Zoning Commission, will hold a public hearing on a Proposed Ordinance to Designate Areas previously identified as a Holding District (H) zone, at City Hall on the 8th day of March, 2022, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., to receive public comment. STATE TIMBER SALE CR225076, LOWER HAZENDORF A public oral auction will be conducted at the Idaho Department of Lands office, 80 Hilltop Overpass Road, Kingston, ID 83839, at 10:00 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 for an estimated 5,955 MBF of timber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is an unestimated volume of forest products that may be removed at the option of the purchaser.
