BLAKNEY, Norman Ralph "Norm," 83, of Dalton Gardens, died Feb. 19, 2022. Born Sept. 25, 1938, in Coeur d’Alene, to Leonard and Evelyn (Schneberger) Blakney. A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2022, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 812 N. Fifth St., Coeur d’Alene, with a graveside to follow at Coeur d’Alene Memorial Gardens.
