• Justin Charles Hartman, 35, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for domestic battery with traumatic injury and obstructing or resisting an officer.

SUNDAY, FEB. 27

• James Anthony HogenKamp, 28, of Greenacres, Wash., was arrested for being a fugitive from justice and use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

• Steven Paul Ross Jr., 31, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence.
