• Andrew C. Swanson, 38, of Kalispell, Mont., was arrested and booked on charges of fugitive from justice and failure to appear.

• Troy L. Anderson, 40, of Wallace, was arrested and booked on a charge of second degree stalking.

• Crystal J. Baldwin, 40, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked on charges of bond revocation, and two counts of probation violation.

• Gregory H. Bass, 58, of Redmond, Wash., was arrested and booked on a charge of lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16.

• Aaron E. Randall, 29, of Penngrove, Calif., was arrested and booked on charges of driving under the influence, open container in vehicle, reckless driving, and illicit conveyance into a correctional facility.
