CALL FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 391, Shoshone and Kootenai Counties, Kellogg, Idaho, will receive and consider sealed bids for furnishing the following products and services: Diesel Fuel Milk Estimated quantities, detailed specifications and instructions to bidders for each product are available at the office of the Superintendent of Schools, 800 Bunker Avenue, Kellogg, Idaho. Bids must be in the hands of the Superintendent of Schools no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, for opening and tabulation. All bid prices must be as of July 7, 2022. Bids will be submitted to the Board of Trustees at the scheduled meeting, July 12, 2022.The district reserves the right to hold all bids for detailed study and to take no formal action to accept or reject bids for a period of time no longer than thirty (30) days after the bids are opened. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to be the sole judge of suitability of said supplies offered, or to accept any bid considered to be in the best interest of the school district.
