• Jelena Dawn Jacobson, 32, of Rathdrum, Idaho, was arrested for DUI, having an open container in the vehicle, violating her probation, and DWP 2nd offense.

• Bob Carl Lauber, 73, of Beaverton, Ore., was arrested for possession of a weapon while under the influence of a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Matthew Scott Pinyan, 32, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was on hold from Kootenai County. Pinyan has since been released.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 22

• Thadius A. Borgeman, 28, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for grand theft, DUI, eluding an officer, and obstructing or resisting an officer.

• Brittany Lavinna Stroud, 37, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested for grad theft, burglary, and an outstanding warrant.

• Nora Colleen Washburn, 36, of Liberty Lake, Wash., was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a non-prescribed drug, an outstanding warrant, use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and possession of a stolen vehicle.
