RESOLUTION NO. 6-15-2022 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MULLAN, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ADOPTING A REVISED SEWER ASSESSMENT FEE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY SEWER SYSTEM FOR SERVICES AS AUTHORIZED BY THE CITY CODE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SUCH FEES WHEREAS, Pursuant to Idaho Code Sections 63-1311 and 63-1311A, and subsequently established City Ordinance(s), the City may assess fees and fee increases for certain services provided by City including but not limited to sewer services; and WHEREAS, the City has installed and maintained the sewer system infrastructure necessary for public health and safety of citizens utilizing the City of Mullan sewer system, and WHEREAS, the City has determined that the presently assessed sewer system rate fee is insufficient to support the actual costs of supplying sewer system services based upon an evaluation of existing infrastructure and needed repairs; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the fees outlined herein are consistent with the actual costs of providing such sewer system service, that the sewer rate fee has not been increased since 2019, and the sewer rate fee is appropriate and reasonably related to the purpose for which the same is charged; and WHEREAS, the Council seeks to increase the sewer system service rate fee as follows: A.
