LETTER: A great loss

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Larry Ross. He was our partner, in the early 1990s, with the construction and operation of the hotel across the street from Silver Mountain. (It was a Super 8 then.) We could not have completed that project without him. We became good friends — he even took me fishing. I last spoke with him when passing through Kellogg last summer. I'm sure he will be missed by many of the folks in the Silver Valley. Sharron and I extend our best wishes to Karen and the entire Ross family.
