South Fork Coeur d'Alene River Sewer District Osburn, Idaho Page WWTP Outfall Relocation ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The South Fork Coeur d'Alene River Sewer District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the Page WWTP Outfall Relocation Project. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the District office located at 1020 Polaris Avenue, Osburn, Idaho 83849 or by U.S. Postal Service to P.O.
