Linda Kay Jennings, 61
Linda Kay Jennings, 61, of Coeur d’Alene, ID, beloved daughter, sister, mother, and friend, passed away on May 18th, 2022 at her home in Coeur d’Alene.
Linda was born on October 14, 1960 in Wallace, ID, a daughter of Edwin Dingman and Idella Wagner Dingman. She graduated from Kellogg High School, Class of 1978. Linda had lived various places throughout her life, but Idaho called her back home in 2017 to be close to family. Linda worked as a lunch lady, cake decorator, and in 2017, she retired from being the manager of a laundromat in Kansas.
She was very talented with her crafts and she loved to sing and listen to music. But, once she started painting rocks, she was hooked. Linda found a group of women that quickly all became friends through rock painting.
Linda is preceded in death by her father, Edwin Dingman, and her brother, Michael Dingman.
Survivors include her two daughters, Wendy Jennings of Oregon, and Amanda Haviland of Kansas; her mother, Idella Dingman of Post Falls, ID; a sister Anita (Ben) Flachmeyer of Post Falls, ID, a brother, Steve Dingman of Pinehurst, ID; five grandchildren, Aubree Nicole Jennings, Ryan Anthony Jennings, Makenzie Rain Jennings, Bryan Haviland, and Alejandra Hernandez; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022, 1:00 PM, at Greenwood Cemetery in Kellogg, ID.
