Silver Mountain Ski Area open for Memorial Day weekend
Kellogg — Silver Mountain will be skiing and snowboarding on May 28-30. They will be operating Chair 1, Chair 2, and the magic carpet during Memorial Day weekend to give snow enthusiasts one last chance to shred before summer.
Season passes from winter 21-22, summer 22, and winter 22-23 will get you on the gondola. Lift tickets are $49 for adults, $43 for youth, and can only be purchased at the window.
Hours will be 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday through Monday, May 28-30.
No rentals or lessons will be available.
Due to the snow still covering most of the trails, opening day for Silver Mountain Bike Park has been postponed until June 4.
“We’re excited to offer skiers and riders three more days to get on the snow before summer,” said Gus Colburn, Silver Mountain marketing coordinator. “We’re kicking off the summer season on snow, that’s pretty unique. It's going to be a memorable weekend.”
