Rick has served as your Coroner for five years; he had served as Deputy Coroner for 20 years. Rick is Fire Chief and EMT and has served for the Mullan Fire Department for 30 years. He has 30 years of law enforcement experience.

Many have no idea of what this difficult position entails; experience, education and dedication do matter.
