• Jessica Ann Schmidt, 37, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use, possession of less than three ounces of marijuana and driving under the influence.

• Christopher Ryan Stevenson, 39, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence. Stevenson has since been released.

SATURDAY, NOV. 12

• Roger Robert Davis, 54, of Kingston, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence. Davis has since been released.

• Scott Allan Neuman II, 41, of Kellogg, Idaho, was arrested for eluding an officer, obstructing or resisting an officer, driving under the influence and reckless driving.

• Markesha D.M. Pitcock, 27, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for domestic battery.

• Christopher Jordan Plant-Caye, 24, of Big Arm, Mont., was arrested for failing to appear and two counts of being a fugitive from justice.

• Jonathan Edward Ross, 30, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for driving without privileges and driving without insurance. Ross has since been released.
