MONDAY, OCT. 3

• Seth Dwayne Fausett, 23, of Wallace, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear.

• Tanya Lee Johnson, 46, of Salmon, Idaho, is on hold from Madison County.

TUESDAY, OCT. 4

• Elizabeth Collins, 35, of Great Falls, Mont., was arrested for violating her probation.

• Brain Scott Eby, 42, of Smelterville, Idaho, was arrested for failing to appear. Eby has since been released.

• Reece Earl Mitchell, 29, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for rape and sexual battery of a child 16/17 years old. Mitchell has since been released.

• Vernon James Stecklein Jr., 60, of Pasco, Wash., was arrested for use or possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a non-prescribed drug, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use. Stecklein Jr. has since been released.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 5

• Corey Nelson Castonguay, 41, of Pinehurst, Idaho, was arrested for felony bond revocation.
