• Jesse Ray Messer, 45, of Smelterville, Idaho was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.

FRIDAY, SEPT. 16

SATURDAY, SEPT. 17

• Raymond Louis Duff Jr., 49, of Kellogg, Idaho was arrested for domestic assault.

• Melissa Danielle Ferra, 35, of Post Falls, Idaho was arrested for driving under the influence and having an open container in the vehicle. Ferra has since been released.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 18

• Kristen Maria Peterson, 20, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested for use or possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

• Duane Neal Thomas Sr., 51, of Butte, Mont. was arrested for unlawful manufacturing/delivering/possessing a controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance, and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia with intent to use.
