Dennis Eugene Morris, 62

Dennis Eugene Morris, 62, of Wallace, Idaho, was called home to the Lord on Sept. 15, 2022, at his home in Wallace. Dennis was born on June 21, 1960, in Cortez, Colo., a son of the late Floyd Morris and Billie Alexander Morris. Dennis was raised in Wallace and graduated from Wallace High School, Class of 1979. He resided happily in Wallace for the remainder of his life.

Dennis was a heavy equipment operator and part of the Washington-Idaho Operators Union. He loved his career choice and was a proud member of the Union.

Dennis was a lover of the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and camping. He was very passionate about his sons and family. He enjoyed exploring with his sons and seeing new things. Dennis was a pillar in his community and donated to many, many charities over the years.

In addition to his parents, Dennis is preceded in death by two brothers, Clifford and Kenny; a sister, Shelly; a nephew, Kevin and his beloved dog, Grizz.

Dennis is survived by his two loving sons, Brayden (Jami) Betzer and Zach (Autumn) Morris; a granddaughter, Tatum Betzer; and two brothers, Nelson (Brenda) Morris, and Everett (Debra) Morris.

A memorial service for Dennis will be announced at a later date.
