• Trower Lewis Crain, 35, of Cataldo, Idaho, was arrested for attempted strangulation, domestic battery with traumatic injury, domestic battery in the presence of a child, and violating his probation.

• Chrystal Lynn Foster, 42, of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, was arrested for violating her probation.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 24

• Randolph Garbit Foote Jr., 43, of Spirit Lake, Idaho, was arrested for driving under the influence and riving without privileges.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 25

• Perry Russell Stack, 47, was arrested for obstructing or resisting an officer, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and assault.
