Patricia Ann Anderson, 81

Patricia Ann Anderson, 81, of Pinehurst, Idaho, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Nov. 25, 2023, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Patricia was born Aug. 13, 1942, in Rosemount, Minn, a daughter of the late Philip Schlussler and Wanda Rose Effie (Krause) Schlussler. Patricia was the fifth of 11 siblings.

Patricia married Harold Anderson on Dec. 17, 1960, at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Rosemount, Minn. The couple had five children, Roger, Ranae, Kathy, Leann and Dalry. Leann passed away in 1976.

Patricia worked several jobs throughout her life, but her greatest accomplishment was raising her children. She enjoyed sewing and was always working on various knitting and crocheting projects. There was never a shortage of blankets and afghans for family and friends. Music was a big part of her life as well. She loved bluegrass music and worshiping God with her gift of singing. Everyone who knew Pat saw her kindness and her love for Jesus.

In addition to her parents and precious daughter, Leann, Patricia is preceded in death by eight of her siblings.

Survivors include her loving husband of almost 63 years, Harold Anderson of the family home in Kingston, Idaho; four children, Roger (Robyn Ann) Anderson of Leesburg, Va., Ranae (Mike) Ellis of Kellogg, Idaho, Kathy Lees (Brent) of Kingston, Idaho, and Dalry Anderson of Post Falls, Idaho; 15 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 1, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Congregational Church, Kellogg, where a reception will follow. The interment will take place at Hunt Cemetery, Kingston, Idaho.
