David Melvin Parker, 66

David M. Parker, 66, of Mullan, Idaho, passed away Dec. 8, 2023, at his home in Mullan. David was born June 21, 1957, in Moscow, Idaho, a son of the late Richard Parker (RD) and his mother, Joy (Collins) Parker, who resides at the Cascadia of Silverton nursing home in Silverton, Idaho.

David graduated from Lewiston High School and went on to work in the various mines around the Silver Valley. He enjoyed fishing, tinkering on projects and reading.

In addition to his father, David is preceded in death by his brother, Rick Parker, and two sisters, Carol Spooner and Lynda Fahlgren.

Survivors include four sons, Chris, Aaron, Nick and Ken; six grandsons; a brother, Jamie Parker; and a sister, Cindy Schildgen. 

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at the Elks Lodge in Wallace on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2023, at 4 p.m.
