Gary A. Frank Jr., 48

Gary Anthony Frank Jr., 48, of Mullan, Idaho, beloved father, son and brother, passed away Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2022, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Gary was born on July 4, 1974, in Silverton, Idaho, a son of Gary Frank Sr. and Sandra Frank.

Gary attended local schools and graduated from Mullan High School. He had worked several different jobs with Tesh Inc. in Coeur d’Alene. Gary enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt, fish and pick huckleberries. He liked to go riding on his snowmobile, ATV and different motorbikes of his. The highlight of Gary’s day was evening coffee with his dad, Gary Sr.

He will be remembered for his big heart and generous spirit. He was a loving and caring man that will be missed by many, especially his family and two cats, Boots and Princess.

Survivors include his parents, Gary Frank Sr. and Sandy Frank of Mullan; his daughter, Eliza Frank of Mullan; a brother, Adam Frank of Wallace, Idaho; a sister, Erica Frank of Mullan; three aunts, Wanda James of Superior, Mont., Billie Sutherland of Brewster, Wash., and Bobbie Fields of Missoula, Mont.; two uncles, Brian Gunderson of Missoula and Martine Ibbar of Brewster, Wash.; a nephew, Anthony Frank of Wallace; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

At Gary’s request, cremation will take place and a celebration of his life is being planned for a later date.
