MONDAY, JAN. 16

• Danny Quam, 57, of Coeur d’Alene, was arrested and booked on charges of DUI, open container, driving without privileges, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

TUESDAY, JAN. 17

• Kenneth Gaylord, 78, of Rathdrum, was arrested and booked for DUI.

• Randall Perry, 57, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked on three charges of possession of a controlled substance.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 18

• Issac Kesner, 24, of Osburn, was arrested and booked on a charge of aggravated assault.

• Skylar McAlexander, 31, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked on a charge of aggravated assault and first-degree kidnapping.
