July 10

Colter Ray Boone, 18, of Kingston, was arrested and booked for attempted strangulation.

July 11

Bobbi Jo Bond, 40, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested and booked for two counts of controlled substance schedule II, illicit conveyance to a correctional facility, possession of meth with intent to deliver, and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Todd Morgan, 30, of Liberty Lake, Wash., was arrested and booked for felony eluding an officer, aggravated assault, possession of meth with intent to deliver, two counts of controlled substance schedule II, obstruction or resisting an officer, reckless driving, and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.

July 13

Debbie Brimlow, 63, of Coeur d’Alene, was arrested and booked for controlled schedule II, DUI, possession of paraphernalia for use of a controlled substance, and reckless driving.
