Alan William Smola, 58, of Missoula, Mont., was held for Kootenai County.

July 18

Michelle Jolene Stevenson, 48, of Kellogg, was arrested and booked for a bond revocation or failure to comply with a bond, a failure to appear, and was held for Benewah County.

Raymond Glenn Troutt, 37, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for a failure to appear and held for Benewah County.
