Mary Agnes (Alexander) Gosline, 75

| June 9, 2023 3:07 PM

Born Aug. 21, 1947, in Mullan, Idaho, to Vincent and Kathryn Alexander, Mary Agnes (Alexander) Gosline passed away Friday, June 2, 2023, in Spokane, Wash.

In 1965, Mary graduated from Mullan High School, and in 1967, she graduated from Kinman Business University. On July 20, 1968, Mary married her husband, Randy Gosline. They shared adventures and gained lifelong friends in Oklahoma and Alaska before returning to Spokane, where they were residents for over 50 years. Many will remember Mary Agnes as a wonderful dancer who loved music, and someone who could always be counted on for a game of trivia. She was a staunch Democrat and a fervent lover of animals, caring for every squirrel and hummingbird in the Millwood area. Her love for reality TV shows was impressive, and she cherished her conversations with her many friends and family members who she would routinely “just chat” with for hours.

Mary is survived by her husband, Randy Gosline; son Alexander (Katie) Gosline; two granddaughters, Gemma (7), and Hartley (3) and two brothers, Earl and Monty Alexander. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Kathryn Alexander, and sister Janice Hegbloom (Alexander).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Spokane Humane Society and the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery. To leave condolences for the family, please visit www.hennesseyvalley.com.
