Katherine “Kathy” Ann Flood, 82, of Mullan, Idaho, passed away June 8, 2023, at her home in Mullan. Kathy was born Jan. 1, 1941, in Anaconda, Mont., a daughter of the late Claud Sink and Dorothy (Moison) Sink.
The family later moved to the Silver Valley where Kathy attended the former Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in Wallace, Idaho. She married Robert “Bob” Flood on July 18, 1959.
Kathy enjoyed bowling, and random trips to the casino, and loved making everyone around her laugh.
In addition to her parents, Kathy is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Bob Flood; three sons, Rob, Scott and Marc Flood; her siblings, George Sink, Laura Herzog, Carolyn Slawson, Ray Sink, Randy Sin, and Margie Lunger; step-mother Thelma Sink; as well as several grandchildren.
Survivors include four children, Paul Flood, Kevin Flood, Kris Flood and Tina Peterson; siblings, Mary (Will) White, Beth Corcione, Don Sink and Jack Lunger; as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation will take place and a memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Wallace, Idaho, at a later date to be announced.
